Your eyes speak in languages I know
are mysteries. The way your joy grows
like a flower, stretching like a slow

morning. It moves deliberately towards delight.
It simmers. It sits there like a campfire,
tired from the stories, smiling.

Stay
for just a second. How many days 
are left to us?
